BEND LIKE STEEL

Lori Lieberman’s fourteenth album, “Bend Like Steel,” is her most personal, acoustic collection of heartfelt and revealing songs focusing on coming forward, forgiveness, frankness and courage. Among the talented musicians that join Lieberman on this stellar CD are Lyle Workman, Eugene Ruffolo and Monty Byrom.

“A writing streak led to the making of my new CD, where the more I said, the more I felt I needed to say,” says Lieberman. “And now, just a relatively short time later – here it is – my most personal collection of songs that deals with the stories of my life. It is my hope that every listeners will be able to take something from it that will be their own.”

This collection of songs includes “If Not Now,” Mr and Mrs. Make-Believe,” “My Sister’s Boyfriend” and “Cup of Girl” which Lieberman calls: “The most personal song I have ever written.”
